What types of DNA tests do you offer?
We offer ancestry panels (your origin and geographic composition), nutrition or nutrigenetics panels (how your body processes different nutrients, caffeine, lactose, etc.), fitness panels (exercise response and recovery), and predisposition panels for certain wellness traits. We also have a comprehensive wellness panel that combines everything. In your free consultation, we'll help you choose the ideal one for your goals.
Does the test diagnose diseases?
No. Our tests are for informational and wellness purposes; they identify predispositions and genetic traits, but they are not a diagnostic test nor do they replace your doctor's evaluation. A genetic predisposition does not mean you will develop a condition. That's why we include an interpretation session: to help you understand your results in their correct context and, if applicable, suggest you consult your doctor.
How is the sample taken? Does it hurt?
It doesn't hurt at all. The sample is taken with a simple saliva swab at home, following step-by-step instructions. No needles, no blood, no lab visits. You receive the kit at home and return it in the included prepaid envelope.
How long until I get my results?
The time depends on the panel, but generally results are ready in 3–6 weeks from when the lab receives your sample. We notify you as soon as they're available and schedule your interpretation session in Spanish.
What about my genetic data? Is it private?
Your privacy is our priority. Your genetic data is strictly confidential, handled under data protection protocols, and never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. You own your information and can request its deletion at any time.
Are the report and interpretation in Spanish?
